The 48' F-15 can accommodate a boat up to 51'5" with an approved variance, featuring a maximum beam of 18'. F Dock is conveniently located near the Marina Center and Parking lot. It's a short walk to Waterside Grille, the Country Club, and Fitness Center (Country Club Membership required). The Condo Association fee is $438 per month and includes use of the Marina Center. Access involves a one-time $150 application fee, non-residents pay $286 annually to the Master Association for community access. The dock provide a 50 amp Pedestal to plug into and each slip has a pump-out, and there's a fuel dock with gas and diesel.
